Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the package and product, and a clear description of the issue.

Approved issues may qualify for a replacement product, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
